Suinoz
Heard this recently and wondered what the title and male singer were if anyone can help. It starts off Whoa Baby Don't Cha, Whoa Baby Don't Cha Weep No More For Me Pretty Baby. Also label and current price as I would like one if anyone has it for sale. Thanks, T Bone . Suinoz
Yep right there, defo not Edward Hamilton which I have. This kicks off with them lyrics, no musical intro and in there are also the lyrics 'I'm headin' in the wrong direction' and 'you know I'm coming on home'. Anyone please?? Mattbolton
Unreleased 100 Club monster from the Kent archives courtesy of Ady. A record I used to travel 400 miles to hear. Pre internet. Link to comment Social source share
Robbk
I've always liked Robert Bateman's Correc-Tone' recorded version better. Although Bateman did good jobs also with both Luther Ingram and Wilson Pickett. The former sounds more like a Motown recording than the other two. I assume that he had the Ingram version recorded in New York, probably using Richard T's band. It sounds like Bridges' version was recorded in Correc-Tone's studio, with the usual Motown session players. The vocals are all good. Link to comment Social source share
