If Kenny needed Frank Wilsons autograph, it would have been good enough having the sleeve signed, and a photo at the same time for provenance!

Surely the kudos, or whatever else it was, of owning this record must have gone ages ago. With normal people.

Personally I think ย itโ€™s only worth 150k to him, just because he paid that sum for it,that then doesnโ€™t mean thatโ€™s itโ€™s true value,I doubt there is any northern soul or Motown record that would even exceed ยฃ20k today, no matter what it is,so to jump right up to 150k is ridiculous!

because of itโ€™s over hyped exposure i would go as far as to say itโ€™s devaluing itself?

EBay fees will take a good chunk of that.

ย

either way as good as the record is itโ€™s just to well known off the scene now so pretty much dead.

You really do need to ask yourself; why?ย ๐Ÿ˜ข

Sarcasm Peter , the lowest form of wit , in descriptions it does say he won't post , just a few more pennies for eBay , I've never sold on eBay but I'm sure they take a percentage of postage ๐Ÿคญ

Just looking at this on eBay, it says 2 people have this in there basket, I donโ€™t do eBay so not sure how it works, anybody enlighten me

I seem to remember Kenny saying he did not ask Frank to sign the label, but he did before being able to be stopped.
I could be wrong as some time ago - think it was signed when Frank was @ Fleetwood Weekender 2001.

Personally I couldnโ€™t care less about any scribblings on the label,or how nice the vinyl is,when a record is as rare as this, then one has to be forgiving! My thoughts are mainly on the price tag, anyone can price what they like on anything for that matter, but Iโ€™m curious is it to show it off and maybe keep the public interest in the record,or does he truly believe it is worth this amount and will achieve it? I donโ€™t think it would be on eBay if someone wanted it at that price?

I put the value at the top end of northern soul collecting with the likes of Mello soul, prophets, junior mccants etcโ€ฆno more than ยฃ20k set sale, possibly 30k at auction?

what do you people value it at?

ย

He sent me a reduced offer of 135 k, Iโ€™m guessing others have had it as well, it now says 5 people have it in there basket???
