For me its 'Astral Trip' by Mystic Moods. Always loved that, just something about it..... I think i have no taste sometimes

Surely Astral Trip doesn't qualify  great instrumental IMVFHO

John no matter what anyone says The Snake has to be a record of everyones youth, I used to sing that song to my daughters every night before they went to sleep, they loved it and it was one of their most requested songs

The Snake got voted the most popular scooterist record on a certain scooter boy website a couple of years back. As a result all the DJs who used that site swore not to play it for a year. Quite rightly too.

it is slightly gay - ie camp, OTT and melodramatic - and not the most 'soulful' record out there but what a superb, adrenalin-rush out-and-out northern soul dancer it is
