  11. Got the 12" as a new release back in 2011 on Universal Republic Records (USA) Just checked times on my copy of "The Walk" 12" Single and they are, Side 1. Track 1 **Album Version** 3:42 Side 1. Track 2 ** Radio Version** (Clean) 3:42 Side 2. Track 1 **Acapella** 3:42 Side2. Track 2 Instrumental** 3:42 Sound Quality On 12" is Excellent and hard to come by these days and looks very much like there is no difference in the times on the 7" From the box set Or 12" For "The Walk" Hope this information has been of some use Rick

  13. 'Young Ladies' (The Group) must be very obscure by the looks of things as the amount of knowledge on this Site is Second to None, but still no feed back at all,

  15. In the Philly Dog Promo Picture the dude is saying "Well Mines This Big" And She's Saying, Naaaaa "This Big!" Hey i am talking about his Philly Dog, Honest
  16. Of course there was the "Pony Time" and the "Twist" but see what you say about the lack of Afro Americans on those promo photographs, but have to say also when you see old Film Clips it's The Black Americans that looked "COOL" White dudes looked Divvy, Awkward And down right Bad, They just did not had that Smoothness in the way they moved and were just going through the motions.
  17. lucky to see them live at the Winterton Rangers Club (Village Near Scunthorpe' Back in the 70's and they were Fabulous Live. Bonus was that 'Soul Sam" was guest DJ that night. ' Memmories' 😃

  22. "You can please some of the people all of the time, 😀 you can please all of the people some of the time, 😁 but you can't please all of the people all of the time. ☚ī¸ Quote By John Lyndgate. ( I wonder if HE collected Records Too ?)

  24. Interesting, I can only say on a personal note i have been Collecting records from the mid-sixties onward and DJ'ing from late 60's onwards and have to say it would be a Brave Person to claim Playing a record for the first time ANY WHERE, Me included, i can usually remember a Venue/Year when i played a particular record if asked, but was I the first person to play it? Mmmmmm, Doubtful, How would we ever know because how are we to know who has what in their Play Box, where they played it or when, Important thing is, it got played and hopefully it was appreciated. On a lot of occasions over the years i have been to a venue or two where a DJ is playing his Big Cover Up Only to have his Bubble Burst when some one asked him to play again using the proper Name And Title and been told it has been a big spin for years at other venues, so that is just an example,
