Sad news indeed remember Dave from Cala Gran,Brighouse etc. he was taking photo,s at the Dells gig at Kings Hall and says to me keep an eye out for me coming onto stage during the concert.Well I did and he snapped me looking at him whilst everyone else was looking at Dells and he managed to get it into Manifesto magazine.Took some stick over that photo. Great and lovely bloke and will be missed R. I. P. Dave

WOW! In bed with a virus so listened to this and I must say really enjoyed ,I have listened to Charlie Reese and John Corless previously .This one reflected my own journey musical wise all be it mine extended from 60’s to present day with marriage and kids interruptions .Eclectic choices and fabulous music .congratulations on a great show and to Chris for a wonderful soul journey.10 out of 10.Soulful house next on the list maybe?. Strange that at the time imports were looked down as not original British ,when playing them out used to get asked things like is that the Cameo Parkway original when showing them the import the reaction was oh no it isn’t.Do love some of the British demo’s though especially ones like the pink mgm ones.

The first four imports I got at the time were the afore mentioned I dig your act ,walking up a one way street ,washed ashore and at the top of the stairs.We used to go onto Cusworth Hill (local beauty spot)with my discotron and play em loud as possible cause we were cool or so we thought.
