Sad news, I had only known him these past thirty years, always enjoyed his sets, he would always pull out a few underplayed gems, and throw in the odd jazz funk / 70's one to keep Carol happy. He was a genuinely nice guy who was passionate about his music. Condolences to his family and close friends Martyn & Carol x -

It was indeed a "bostin night" as they say in these parts, I arrived around 7.30 and it was well and truly buzzing, it was great to see a venue that busy and the dance floor moving. I heard some great music played, with a balanced mix of style and taste both old and new. There were plenty of faces I hadn't seen for a while, fair to say I enjoyed every minute of it until my legs refused to dance anymore and I ventured home Big thank you to the organisers, and DJ's for making this a special night to remember Ted.

I am using Safari 17.6 ... if I change browser will that get rid of the annoying column of text on the right hand side?

To be honest Mike I am with Woodbutcher on this, there is a delay when typing into the message box, the text is smaller and not as clear, and navigation is delayed and jerky ... I am not seeing much evidence of an upgrade. It may improve when you finish all the customisation.

Yes Mike that is what I am seeing, I need to remove the right hand column, I wear wide field varifocal specs and it makes reading the posts distracting. Thanks

Is is possible for me to edit the layout / appearance I have posts to the left hand 2/3rds of a page and a vertical column of info to the right hand 1/3rd . I need to remove the right hand column from the view if possible. Thanks

It was actually darker than it looks in those images ... probably why there are not many videos of the place, would have needed military grade thermal imaging kit.

Hi Ken ... there are plenty of other clips with a variety of music 60s 70s etc, basically soul music to dance to, I just posted the first one I found. At my age I am just glad I managed to get the pretty moving picture from one place to another š. I am envious in so much that to many of them these are "new" tunes they are hearing for the first time, it takes me back to 74 / 75 hearing stuff for the first time for me, I hope that they can keep it going, they seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves.
