I found a black Gamble issue many years ago. At the time nobody liked it as too slow but I kept it as it is so so soulful on both sides. I personally prefer I'm a dreamer. There's a chant copy on manship auction at the moment for just over 2k. Never realised how rare it was on either label

The last professionals I saw for set sale was £5k on raresoul 45's. So at auction I have no idea

I have no idea how much especially the prices records are fetching, how much would a professionals or soulettes fetch. Think I need to buy a euro millions ticket

I'm also amazed how much Bobby Burn is currently at. I know it's an absolute amazing cross over sound but I bought a black Gamble issue for a lot less than that as it was an unknown and too slow at the time. The prices being fetched are going through the roof now, where will it end?

Whenever I have seen mick h play his demo I can't remember a skip . But at a niter my mind isn't at its best 👁👁🤪 My next question is how do you tell an original apart from the 70s reissue??

Regarding the skip at end . I've been listening to all the ones posted on YouTube but I can't find one where I noticed it, so does that mean that they have posted reissues? Or are there more good ones rather than the ones that skip?

Well we had the theme from Joe 90 . So how about themes from thunderbirds and fireball XL5. We might as well see how low we could have gone.

I have one like this. Got it from Keb. Got the royal esquires one one side and the delco's on the flip. Although I have the originals of both I like to keep it as keb used to play it . I'll try to find it later

I think we are all guilty of having records in our collection that we don't play. I've been playing boss four walking by and silky Hargreaves hurt by love. Forgotten how Good they are and rarely if ever hear them out.

No mate not just you. I've been going niters since 1980. But both my son and I have got used to not going to niters and being normal on a Monday morning.. maybe one day we'll start going again. But not for a while

Here's my actual tickets and membership and patches from Wigan If you notice my ticket stub says number 626 and ticket says 628. Happy memories

The tickets are only half of the tickets that we had. I was sitting on the stage and after the raffle was drawn they put the box at the front of the stage for people to have and I took a few as mementos I actually have one that is only 2 away from the stub that I have. I'll post it later
