Absolutely top drawer from start to finish....both rooms were bouncing! Sian, Dean & the rest of the crew do a fantastic job, but special credit must go to the punters who are really up for it from the doors opening. A real special night for real special people. The music was exceptional in my opinion...if you've never been, you need to really make the effort. Till the next time. A. 2 Link to review
Rugby Soul Club 475 February 16, 2016 1 of 1 member say helpful 1 / 1 member Share this review Well, wasn't that a night and a half? We have the busy build up making sure every scenario is covered - just in case. The feeling sick for 24 hrs before, again just in case. The shakes for the first few hrs on the door. Yep 13 years and it's never changed. And in a blink of eye, it's all over Until the next time My wonderful door helpers...Carol, Del and Ken...you are amazing and yes Ken, I did notice that you've started to say please to the lovely punters as they hand over their hard earner money. And Del, you are forgiven for telling me 10 minutes before the door opened to go get ready and put my make up on, Confidence in tatters, I kept on reguardless The DJs, dancers, collectors, dealers (record before there is any sarky comments) and all the linch pins that make Rugby...we love you all. There was such a buzz before that we couldn't help getting excited days before. Even the forcast of snow didn't dampen our spirits. And it didn't disappoint, it was amazing. Adam's birthday room saw the Freestyle room rammed all night. I only got in there once for Killa's spot because he'd promised to play his Wombles LP. I think he fibbed! Disappointed punter. Thank you for sticking with us for 13 years and long may we continue xx 3 Link to review

The only problem I had was wondering why it's took me 13 years to pay such a great night a visit, certainly won't be leaving it any length of time from now on Cheers Martyn 1 Link to review

Loved Alan Jenkins spot which was as good as it gets in my opinion well done. Looking forward to my next visit whenever that may be, hopefully sooner rather than later. 2 Link to review
