About The Event

There will be a brand new Bury Virtual All-Nighter on the last Saturday of every month until the soul scene live events are back up and running again. Each Saturday in-between we will be presenting Bury Town Hall Reloaded which will feature a selection of sets from previous shows chosen by the Soul Source listeners along with the now-famous Soul Source All-Requests hour from 7pm.

The only down-side about these shows (Well apart from it not being in a real life hall) is the constant reminders of tunes one has sold, suddenly hearing them blasting down the airwaves!....."Oh I love this, I've got it. B*gger, no I haven't I sold it"......

Scuna (word) be a while yet as we all know mate, but yes, when it happens it'll be great - I recon I'll be like 'Lotso' (The cuddly bear 'Lotso' hugs from the film 'Toy Story 3')

I may keep a 'Social distance' from Simon though (He dribbles like a content cat) :D

It's 1.55am of a Sat night, it's the 2nd August 2020, and we're still in this worldwide strange situation of this darn virus, but we're supporting each other through it - See you on 't'uther' (A bit of 'Northern' for you there) side :wink:

'LINDA GRINER - GOODBYE CRUEL LOVE' What a tune! I didn't think I'd ever get a copy. I remember ringing Martin Koppel (Anglo American Records) in Canada (from the work phone when I was an apprentice) about it......"There's 'GOODBYE CRUEL LOVE, and 'GOODBYE CRUEL WORLD', I have both"......

I didn't get 'GOODBYE CRUEL WORLD' until years later - A long time fave of mine :wink:
