July 10, 200915 yr OFF TOP OF ME HEAD, I THINK 506 IS THE EARL VAN DYKE, ALL FOR YOU AND THE 514 IS THE SPINNERS SWEET THING. THE SMOKEY ROBINSON IS THE SECOND PRESS OF MORE LOVE WITH COME SPY WITH ME ON THE FLIP TMG 614, AS APOSSED TO THE FIRST PRESS WITH SWEPT FOR YOU BABY ON THE FLIP ON THE SAME CATALOGUE NUMBER. SECOND PRESS MUCH RARER. BRI PINCH. CROFTON COMMUNITY CENTER 24 TH JULY. SUNDAY CHILLOUT, 16TH AUGUST, HORSE AND GROOM PUB, EAST LAITH GATE, DONCASTER.
July 10, 200915 yr Four Pro's 198 Was that "Just Another Girl"? If it was that's about 3 times what it is worth I hope it was some sort of rare version; issue? mis-spelt? labels wrong side? or some other sort of train spotting thing.
July 10, 200915 yr "Don 't Let It Happen To You" I'm always amazed at these prices, i've had this for sale for ages. Would've took £30 for it, but not now. Martyn

Martyn Was the Gemini label release though Martyn, in my experience a real tough one to find. The Phil La release is pretty common and a hard one to sell at around £20-£30. Adam.
July 10, 200915 yr What Benny Harper was it? Tell me it wasn't My Prayer? Cheers for this info as I made a bid on "Love & Desire" and now I know how close I was on that one DAVE KIL

I had the smokey it credited "swept" but played "come spy" were they all like that or did it eventually get correct labels ? only got 70 quid for mine the only othet tmg that i've done quite well with was hit pack so thought one of those numbers mentioned might have been that ? I assume its one of the harder to find out the numbers. Person I sold it to only needed hit pack and one other for the full run.

Had a sneakin' feelin' you were gonna say that. So maybe i not as out of touch with prices as much as i thought? Thanks Martyn
July 11, 200915 yr Had a sneakin' feelin' you were gonna say that. So maybe i not as out of touch with prices as much as i thought? Thanks Martyn Lets face it Martyn I think most people are amazed at the prices things go for on the manship auction even though this was a different release to the one that you were talking about. Realistic ? All I can say is I'm glad I lost my particular bidding recently although I do understand how you can "just keep going" & I guess that that is the reason for an auction. To obtain optimum price I've since picked up the item I was bidding on for a much more competitive price. All depends how badly you want it I guess Hope you're keeping well mate All Best Dave Edited July 11, 200915 yr by SHSDave
