Won a record last night, cheap British thing, Checkmates Ltd on Ember demo - £12.
Seller invoiced me £3.50 for 1st class standard postage. Actual cost £1.20.
So I sent a polite email asking why the postage was so high.
This is the reply I got. Just because I asked about the postage.
