Not exactly soul, but fitting none the less, and the thread is just your 'Record of The Day' from your box!!

Was going to post up their river Thames trip at the 1977 silver jubilee LoL

footage not to good though

Better post a soul tune too! So, so, brilliant, and ridiculously cheap..... think it's that that stopped it being massive, but it's day will come!!

Aaron Neville - Hard Nut To Crack

Paul

Trivia time........Sam & Dave,we all know it's Sam Moore but who is the Dave (answers on a postcard)?Well it's Dave Prater & not a lot of people know that :D Think he only had two releases on Alston after they split in 1970 & this is one of them,a little cracker it is too.

getting reports that this thread is crashing browsers

can you please

1. do not quote clips - as by doing such you are just increasing the effort needed by browsers to render thge page

2. post just one clip per post

3. if posting a clip try and post the words to go with it in a following post - there are 50 posts per page - so if do this it will again lessen the load and also help avoid people quoting the clip

thanks

mike

The best version for me.............
