Does any of you veterans know what to expect when buying Soul Pack AA aka Northern Soul Connoisseurs Pack from Rare Soul Vinyl?

Is the description genuine or the usual 'seller trying to get rid of a pile of junk?'. Not expecting any great rarities of course just wondering if it would be a good starting point for a young collector trying to build a collection of quality soul music.
