Best version know of is a c/u 45 Mik P plays at Pow Wow, kicks all these others off the ledge, happy to have a copy here thanks to him.

Best version I've ever heard is by the Melodic Singers.....monster, IMO. Residing in only 3 collections, from my research.

Mik's a guest at a future 'Dekka's Roots Room' so guess all will be in for a real treat . Any chance of a sound clip ?

Jonny Monk played Jack  Teagarden's (1957?) Jazz/swing version last night - sounded great , caught the moment with deserved applause .

Just spotted this, seems to go down a storm still, shakes up a set every time!
