Just letting everbody know i wont be out for a while...

Im putting in the overtime at work to purchase these essential gems "the pride of anyones northern soul collection" tongue.gif

I'm quite please as i paid about £1.50 ish for the same copy about 20 years ago, and its now shot up to £300! Maybe she could buy my rarity and sell on at a profit, i'd let it go for £150! :thumbsup:thumbsup.gif

I noticed the Harold Melvin - Get out on Route for something stupid like £50,

thing is someone out there that dont know naff all and think they are originals, more fool them i know but its attempted robbery, surely there is a law against such flatulance laugh.gif

The person selling them would definately know they are all well overpriced and if she sells one she is laughing all the way to the bank, she is the new dick turpin of the information super highway,

i was thinking that but for a few quid worth of listing could lead to a sale to some gullible soul and then the seller is quids in,

hopefully no one is unfortunate enough to fall for it if it aint a wind up

£2450 for the lot or should that read £24.50!!!!

Now if this sells at £300 or more, I give up, I am getting back into buying and selling.

Its highly probable that this is the same person who we were told was having some kind of mental breakdown for want off a better phrase, putting ridiculous prices on items the last time round on eBay.

I think it was Mark Ellis who said he knew her and to lay off her with all the jokey questions etc, as it was likely to push her o0ver the edge.

Saw this little lot, 150 for the impressions :thumbsup: Blimey nearly swallowed my false tooth.

just had a reply from her too.

says she's checked on popsike & in collectors' books (JM?) where they state that 'market value' for that record on that label.

look ive listed my records with the best of intentions on advice given by a specialist who has checked the records/looked at sites like popsike/checked books. plz tell me wot more can i be expected to do? ive put these records on ebay on the good faith of the best advice available to me! im sorry if this is causing offence to ppl. id be happier if no one bought them that way i get to keep them for another 22yrs..rather than havin to sell my first loves cos of crappy circumstances! so plz keep this in mind when sendin threatin emails. not everyone on here is outta make a quick buck!!!

spot on Trevski they know exactly what they are doing alright, if they did there homework and it aint hard to find out then they might realise what the true values are,

Is this the same girl who put up similar Northern Soul bootlegs at hugely exhorbitant prices not long ago? If so tread carefully, as apparently she's emotionally vunerable and doesn't quite know what's she's doing. Seriously. Go easy on her.

Oh, that alright then........ 

Seriously, if anyone knows her, or knows somone who does, then she 

needs treatment, not access to a computer.

Mentaly unstable or not, she could still catch someone who knows less than her out for a lotta ££

Anyhow, how do we know if it is the same one, and where does your info come from?
