One thing...I have an old Blues and Soul from 1970/71 at home, and the Ideals is listed in the New US releases section...over four years after the Mighty Lovers came out.!

Pretty sure that's just a short lived US design Eddie....just remembered, my demo came off the infamous Soho cart in 1972 for 20p
...and you won't Mark - the white demos are double-sided with Singer Man on both!
...and another poor quality original - Ty Karim "I ain't lying" - LOUD but needs serious EQ'ing!
Pressing plant fault if I remember correctly - but what a tune! Another original that suffered the same - Kenny Carlton "Lost and Found"

Yup, recorded at Abbey Road studios I think, and only on UK 45 - and love or hate depends on your perspective ...for me, it was well known as a big club tune in the 60's, long before Slade got at it. Still got my issue, but don't know that I'd play it out...
Think the jury is split on that one, as ever...
