I remember the Bristol Hotel very well, was interviewed along with my ex-wife on the way in for said (video)/ DVD recording I wouldn't recognise myself if I hadn't had a speaking part .....Great days, also loved the Roundabout and the YMCA venues......"Proper Northern"

Acquired a copy today, from Des Parker and whilst he gave me some info with regard the vocals, and Dee Edwards etc. and having heard an (IMHO) inferior version, by a duet who've now slipped my mind (he also told me who the duet were, but alas I'm going senile ) Can anyone give me any information on the Dee Wolf Prod Inc label, and moreover its original whereabouts etc. TIA wilxy

Great thread Russ, with some equally valued and respected input, and whilst individually many of the titles suggested are mouthwatering in their own right, rewind 35 years or so, and the mind boggles .Appreciating the playlists back then contained both good and some bad on the ear tuneage.....IMHO a "fly on the wall" back in time session would be the best way to gauge such rightful "debate" ...... best wilxy
