I had a message from the lady at "bags unlimited" the other month and when I mentioned that people are crying out for green sleeves she said they'll probably never make any more as they simply can no longer find a supplier of that type of paper.

I loved instrumentals when I first got into it. In fact it came as quite a surprise when I found out some people disliked them because as there's no vocal they couldn't be classed as soul.

Well, maybe with this extra charge we might see a drop in end prices. I seriously doubt this though. As we've seen with the global shipping prices there seems to be a large amount of bidders who just don't seem to care about this extra cost. I've long since given up hope of winning much anymore and the only results I've had these last few years are on bits poorly listed.

So they're charging VAT on the shipping as well? 😡 I ain't half glad I don't buy nowhere near as much from the U.S. As I used to.

Isn't this to do with the "run IN" groove being four turn on the original and only two turn on the boot? With that in mind,the top copy looks original to me. Could be wrong though.

It's because those sellers haven't set up their shipping policies which is a new idea from Discogs,incredibly complicated,mainly unwanted among the sellers and it must have rendered tens of thousands of items unavailable.

There is no 70's reissue. No one wanted the record back then.

BR is ultra hard to find. One went through eBay back in April finishing just shy of 500 quid. Obviously this blokes a bit of a chancer and is taking advantage of some dumb people with more money than sense but at least he's not trying to blatantly rip off... As I said earlier, literally used to see no end of these on the bay for around $20. Remember thinking, these Americans will call anything "Northern soul" just to get a sale, so was genuinely surprised to see it making money a year or so back. Just wish I'd have hoovered them all up.
