About The Event

The COVID-19 measures have left the Rare Soul scene littered with cancelled events and the faithful following home alone at the weekends; so the Bury Town Hall team have decided to launch a ‘virtual’ all-nighter. The show will be broadcast over internet radio every Saturday while we’re under lockdown from 20:00 until the early hours of Sunday morning.

The format will be just like a real event with a selection of DJs from previous and upcoming all-nighters at Bury Town Hall selecting their spots, carefully in order, from actual records they own to keep it real.

...and we also hope to be posting links for use with iTunes, Windows Media Player, Winamp, Real Player & Quick Time in the near future.
We hope you enjoy the show and it goes some way to filling the void and lifting your spirits

Show starts at 7.27 pm, ish with guess the intro. You will need to start thinking about it at 6 not 6.30 my friend.

Great starting earlier @ 7pm.
This really is the ONE to listen into on a Saturday night.
45 selection is brill - wish I could go to a REAL event and they played all these.

Got a whole crowd from our area listening in now.

Funny story with that Pete in 75 Earl Jackson was one of my favourites and I had it plastered on my record box.I was selling a few at one of The Ritz All Dayers a guy asked you got Earl Jackson "yeah course" (Erm Nope) he was following me round all day offering me more and more money for a record I didn't own haha. Remember selling Saxie Russell white demo for £6 the same day OUCH!!!
