I would like to thank all those who like me, love to guide Bros & Sisters towards sounds they may not no!, be it Rare or just tucked away on the B sife, of an old stomper, THANKS,

To start this of I am still playing the B side to Lannie Hills (Wigan) CLASSIC "Time marches on" a great mid tempo sound,"ain't I worth a DIME"

Was just thinking... would it be better to have another thread running along side this with just the lists of tracks posted, that could have each persons list edited, coz these lists of already posted tracks will just get lost among the pages!

Yeah it's a lovely record, The Empire label was actually Winifred Terry's of the Drifters Label out of Detroit.

I knew it was also a b side on Lupine, didn't know about the Music Merchant release.

This morning's offering: Yet another Chicago stalwart on a great midtempo dancer. And purchased on a nice yellow Demo this very morning from that nice Keith Williams at Soul Searcher Records.

This morning's offering: Penned by one of soul's most prolific stars. Recorded at Muscle Shoals. Oozes class. Anyone remember when he lost his rag at the rehearsals at Prestatyn a few years ago. Thought he was gonna launch the unfortunate drummer! He did however come out with the classic line about "Home Is Where The Heart Is" that afternoon as he struggled with the band. "Womack may have sung it....But it's MY F**KIN' song!" :lol:
