I covered it with a damp teatowel and then applied pressure until the plastic became flexible, then remove the towel and quickly press the vinyl into shape. Note, you'll burn your thumbs in this part of the process. Anyway, the end result is enclosed as a tiny mp3, it's not great but it does now play.
