Jason Knight £558. Is the only reason it went for double its normal price the fact that it had a solid centre and not a four pronged centre ?if so I'll never understand this collecting game/business! I've seen a few of both.
Johnny Nash released many great soul singles throughout the 60s. The hard to find ep which came out here on RCA in 64 containing What kind of love is this,Deep in the heart of Harlem, was excellent.
That's a 25% increase. A better investment than the stock market or property.Banks and pensions can't begin to compete. Is buying rare northern soul the way to go
I understand what you are saying but as Berry Gordy said"its what's in the grooves that counts" and a lot of people are kicking themselves for missing Lisa Stansfields 8-3-1 which came out a few years ago seems to be in demand and fetching big bucks. There may be more like that on sonic wax.
£177 with one hour to go! Anyone could have a carver done for a fraction of the price.
What will the winner do with it? It's not like you can show it off anywhere....is it?
Some of the early numbers are starting to fetch big money.
Is this because so few were pressed? How many of each?
Was it a similar number to the Kent anniversary singles?
Must say the standard of the records was very high and the quality and thickness .of the vinyl used is excellent
