Top 50...Newly played out in the last 5 years
Here's a traditional 60's Northern dancer, one that's been doing the rounds recently (before lockdown!).. It's from 1966 and only came out in Canada (Quality Records) until last year when it got a release in the UK on 'Moustrap' due to regular plays.

What year is the Dean Parrish? Nice that. Was it released on a 45? EDIT: Found it, Acid Jazz 2021. Thanks.

Silhouettes lp not me baby
The Tymes did the same thing, early 60's. At least they advertised the fact! The 45 is in a little pocket on front of the LP.

Is This Record Worth £1000, Go And Find It
Personally I like it. It is 'Northern' Soul. Rare, odd, weird and a great back beat. You don't name yourself 'Soul Brother' if you're going to play Jewish Folk or Country, surely. Hey, I respect your views though Soulstrutter, diverse taste is what it's all about 👍 KTF

Rodd Keith 'gloria'
A bit late in the day I know, but I now have a WAV / MP3 of Rodd Keith 'I'm A Man' (Preview) which I managed to source from an old Northern Soul compilation tape that someone did me in the 1980's (might have been Pete Smith). Quality isn't perfect but there are no sound-files anywhere of this great 45 (imo). 'Like The Lord...' rhythm and oddball lyrics, I wrote them down as you can see here... https://www.45cat.com/record/nc747909us If anyone wants a sound-file pm your e-mail and I'll e-mail you the file.

EXPERTS..MY LOVE IS REAL
Brings to mind my copy on pink Jo By. Fairly used, got it from the States years ago, but if you look on the B side, you can see another label underneath!!! A red coloured label. It's sort of lifted a bit but I dare not lift it to see what it is!! Weird.... EDIT: I just looked on 45cat and can see the same side as mine with the red label underneath...https://www.45cat.com/record/e500

US Postal Service COVID-19 Restrictions
Sorry to bring this up again. Are people still waiting a long time for their records from the States? How long should you wait before making a claim these days? I bought a 45 from ebay on September 1st and seller posted same time. I still haven't received it! Tracking seems to be stuck on 'In Transit', it was quite an expensive one (£165 all in). I've spoke to the seller several times and he's a good guy so I'm being patient, but how long should I wait?

Bruce Scott - I Made An Angel Cry
White boy mixes pop with a bit of R&B to make it 'hip' for the teens. 'Once A Thief, Twice A Thief' played on the Northern scene, also 'You Can't Lose Something You Never Had' was a version of a tune released on a Kent Anniversary 45 by 'Chubby Checker'. Both these are on his LP..

Poll: Version Battle - I really Love You
Jimmy Burns, the first version I heard. It's strange but most people do tend to go for the first version of anything they hear. Bought the Mystics but it doesn't really go anywhere so I traded it.
