    Get a grip most of us were early teens , you loved the music then enhanced it with whatever you could for 10 a quid , if you are still on the scene and enjoying it in your late 60s , early 70s result

    Just arrived home from what I would describe as the best weekend of northern soul music I've heard in years, Cleethorpes weekender was the nearest thing to Prestatyn music wise than any other I've attended for years, the northern room was absolutely banging no top 100 repartition, no need for dozens of DJs just quality DJs playing hour slots of magical monsters from deep in the box and the floor was full of appreciative dancers who were some of the finest you could see , this is a serious weekend for serious northern soul people, good luck for the future and thanks, regards Stephen

    Not sure if this will be a sell out , but if so I may have a spare ticket and a 2 night stay in the local premier inn ( Sunday Monday) available as my friend is in hospital awaiting heart surgery regards Stephen
