Don't know if this subject has been covered before.
Never really been a particularly big fan of duets, but I was just listening to Jimmy Holiday & Clydie King "Ready, Willing & Able" and realised what a truly great record it really is.
Always liked it - but right now I'm lovin' it!
The vocal interplay and those little adlibs here and there are absolutely superb.
Great Sax break too!
Marvin & Tammi get their fair share of hammer, but what other duets do you rate, that deserve a spin or a revival?
