Interested to know if people on the rare soul scene are full on 365 days a year 24/7 when I say that I mean do you play records every day? is the scene and the music constantly in your thoughts? does it tend to take a front seat in your every day lives? although I don't attend that many venues these day's the music, records etc. is alway's there, it's like no matter how hard you try to do other things and interests the Northern thing never let's go, it's been said before that it get's in your blood, becomes very obsessive which I feel that people become very protective of it resulting in the politics, heated debates etc.
I reckon we are all on this scene for life, the passion and love for the music has to be with us all forever....... nothing quite like it is there?
