Maggie isn't fast by any stretch of the imagination - just very soulful and good, the side i bought it for so imagine my surprise to find the uptempo and good BP on the flip :-) A quick trip to Dave Rimmers site and 'B.P' was released twice.

Think you have taken my comment the wrong way Samplat....you said that you picked one up off ebay which was listed in the wrong section....this usually tends to mean really really cheap as no one else has seen it. The one I was watching had a good few bids on it & went for around the price you mentioned (thought it was $1600 something)...so I was starting to wonder if another had slipped through....& if that was the case.... then might there be some more coming? Unlikely to be a box find though...as the one I saw was only vg+/vg++ if I remember correctly?

& the reason I didn't bid on it is because if I had.... I wouldn't have been able to pay for it!!!

& yes it was still a nice buy

I think if it had been in the R & B Soul section then i think it would have gone for quite a bit more (thats why i thought i got it at a decent price). It was $1500 because that what the reserve was. I think the next highest bid was something like $1000. For such a rare copy i think it was a good price. I may be wrong.

We were talking about it a few years back, I personally didn't see it but he insists it was definatley an 'issue'...he thought he had passed it on to Floyd...but I don't think Floyd had it when we asked.
