								Essentially, yes they should. I'm astounded that people should disagree with this judgement in the spirit or the letter. Being on the receiving end of someone 'borrowing' your idea

It seems that "Blurred Lines" rips off "Got To Give It Up".
So much so that law suits are in preparation.
