Tony I sold an issue in 2006 for £400 and haven't seen another since.  Demo I'd agree with £250

Nor me - but there was about 12 years back when it got booted again - maybe it's just one of those 'emergency' records for when the floor's flagging.  Never liked it much myself..

Must be all sitting in collections then so I can see why some people will dive in on it, even though a demo.

Put a WANT ad out the other day and not a sniff from anybody !

Certainly a one to cash in on if you are not out and about playing it as it's back big time - packed the floor at the dayer I was at last week.

I think its it a great tune. Back in the day at early wigan 73ish I loved it. Got booted too soon. Only my thoughts... Great vocal , piano, sax break .Its got all the ingredients of a great northern soul record.

  Thats the 1st pressing available from all good record shops c76 Congress was part of the Kapp family the wl boots on that label carry black text with a red star,Patti and the Emblems, Freddie Butler etc. so I guess your red text WLD is kosha.

I agree that those prices on both are just way over the mark,still would not part with either of them though at any price right now.
