Still have pictures of you, Tommo, Cong, Martin, Ozzie , Phil Worrel round our house when we lived in Wigan.

Anita still has one of Jo's tops that she was altering for her but then never saw either of you again

Still see Gaz fairly regularly and Phil Flavel and occasionaly bump into Eric, havent seen Cong or many of the others in years unfortunately some of them are no longer with us, Tommo, Ozzie & Terry Mac to name a few

O.M.G. That is Chad (not seen him for years), Dave Wheeler ( last time I saw him has Bretby in about 98 and at that time he was living in the very top part of Scotland in a croft), Sarah Ward, Sharron Harris aka "panda"( she ended up marrying Briam Mickelwright aka "pickle", "spin", they had a house together in Barwell, but it all ended with Pickle selling everything in the house to get his next fix. The last I saw of her she was very happily settled with her new Guy, Me, and Gaz Keen in front.

Great pic, will have to have a rummage and see what I can find

It certainly was. I bought his Lambretta off him, really bad silver overblack metal flake side panels and I think it had a rat on it somewhere! I forgot about Jane!

Hi Andy, last time I saw you was in Enderby - Vintage scooter do on Enderby Road.

Yeah, I remember that scoot, and it did have a rat on it. Last time I saw Colin, he had just bought a new vespa, had it for about a week and thought what the f**k and choped it in for a big bike. He was living in Derby at the time, this must have been round about 1995.

The Durkopp scoot that I had is now in Beaulie motor museum and I've still got my LI 2 that I use most days for getting around the Island.

You nearly got it right, I ran a guest house at Mallory Park untill upping roots and moving to Alderney in the Channel Islands (no we dont speek French at we arn't near Jersey, but we the closest Island to France) Great fun living here, but a logistical nightmare to get to nighters, so only tend to do the weekenders nowerdays.

Hi Mart...........see Andy once a year, every year at Prestatyn in March..........never forget the first time about 5/6 years ago?........I was DJ'ing in the Vic on the Friday and in he walked......hadn't seen him for nearly 20 years and we instantly recognised each other. It was great to get to meet him again.........had some great trips up to Parr Hall in his old Austin A60 van, either from his then home, in Oadby, or picking us up along the way. He was married to Tracy at that time. Still got one of his tapes "All Night Floorshakers Vol #?"......Vince Apollo, Scotty Willimas......loads of goodies!

Now lives on Isle of White and I'm sure he said he ran a B&B or similar???

Cheers,

Mark R

Hi Mark,

As promised a pic of the old A60 van we used to go up and down the country in, long before the seat belt law, and health and safety n all that.

It might have been grey primer when you knew it, If you look on the Blackburn t.v. documentary you can see it at the end parked outside.

Happy days

How could I EVER forget that, voices in the head experience ph34r.gif , totaly did my head in for ages.

Nearly as bad as the time coming back from Warrington on a bank holiday, and as usual stopping of at Keele services. There was a massive que of holiday makers with trays waiting to be served, as I only wanted a cup of tea, I didn't take a tray and waited for my turn, trying not to look out of place , or catch anybody elses eye unsure.gif . When I finaly got served and I asked for "just a cup of tea", I was given a cup, saucer, jug of milk, tea pot and pot of hot water. My eyes nearly came out on stalks, I had to walk all the way back past everyone to get a tray, with everyone looking at me and tutting. I have never felt so paranoid in my life ph34r.gif , I dont think that I spoke for the rest of the day....

Good job we can all look back and have a laugh about it now :D

It was brilliant, and in my opinion the atmosphere was better than Stafford, usually because Stafford was often only half full. I loved it, probably my favourite nighter.

Went to the revival night organised by Ally in memory of Tommo and Mud a few years back.

I have no idea why it hasn't been resurrected.

Sad to have missed the revival night Shared some fantastic times with Tomo amd Mudd 78-81 on 'The Backrow' @ Wigan Casino.Still think of them both.

Hi Daz.

Sorry i forgot your name.

Dave Wheeler i haven't spoke to since '93 but he was up in Sutherland, in the north of Scotland. And Thurman was living in Braunstone at about the same time. I don't know if either of them are still there.

How are you mate it's about time you trill and I went out and blew some cobwebs off. Give me a call and we can arrange a night of madness and debauchery.

Trill tells me I should know who Debbie Butler is it seems she knows everyone we know but I can't place her funny thing is Trill didn't know who she was but she now lives in the next town to him and they now get on like a house on fire .... small world

Jane still lives in Rugby, she married Rob Kearns and had a lad who's now in his 20's.

She's moved on from the scene after hitching up with a poet.

She won't come to Rugby all-niters coz she doesn't want to see him anymore...

Hi Andy,

Great to see your name. Always wondered what happend to you, where you living now? are you still in Loughborough? Do you ever see Chad.

We used to have so much fun in those days, the niters, scooter rallys and just hanging out at scooter clubs.

Have you still got a scooter? I went to the IOW rally this year, it was the best I have ever been to, more people then ever used to go, from all ages newblood and old guys as well, lots of different music venues each day and night too.

Do you remember Funky Martin, he was just bought a new Vespa and got in to scootering for the first time.

Anyway, best go and get on with work, will catch up with you later.
