Pauldonnelly
yesterday in Leicester my Mrs she showed me this pair of nice boots reduced from £150 to £50..."they're really nice and a hell of a deal pet but haven't you got several pairs like them already".....she ummed and arghed and after much deliberation she decided not to purchase them. 24 hrs earlier at the DKOF night I came across a record in Pottsys sale box which I simply couldn't let go a WHITE PROMO of The Intros-Stop, Look and Listen. On an issue its hard on a demo, well Ive never seen one. So I struck up a deal with Pottsy, xyz£ and my issue for his white promo...well chuffed. so am I? Can't comment on whether you are a bastard or not mate, however can comment on the Intro's tremendous dancer on Jamie "Stop look listen, I have a white demo, paid £50 for it about 10 years ago, seriously underrated tune, seeing as you are now a happy bunny let her have the shoes at £50 else who knows next time it might cost you the full £150. You'll never get your money back selling second hand boots. Having said that, seeings how you've also got the issue, sell that and buy her the boots with the profit you've made. That way, you're both happy. Buy the boots now then recoup your costs when you sell the issue. Sorted. Link to comment Social source share
Guest soulmaguk
could always buy second hand and save a fortune! and reduce your carbon footprint. Link to comment Social source share

Guest Pete Griffin
you should have bought the boots, then you could have bought 3 45s, and told her you only bought one . sorted Link to comment Social source share

Guest Bearsy
if you let her have the boots she would be to busy admiring them to notice any new tunes popping through the letter box and if she did notice she probably wouldnt of minded, sometimes you have to spend to accumulate im with you though as my missus has far to many things to stick on her feet anyway but i never say that as she says you can only play one record at a time Link to comment Social source share
Pauldonnelly
after a good nights sleep and feeling incredibly guilty Ive decided that she still has too many pairs of boots. Link to comment Social source share

Munchkin
Paul Av got a couple of questions for you 1) Does she know that you bought the record at DKOF the night before (if not send me her e-mail address) 2) How many records have you got 3) How many pairs of boots does your Mrs have I'm sure I'll be right in assuming you have more records than she does pairs of boots and if so in answer to your qestion yes you are so buy her the boots you tight sod. Only my opinion of course. Sharon S Link to comment Social source share
davidwapples
you could always buy her the boots but sell off the ones she doesnt wear on ebay when she has gone out , then use the money to buy more 45s and by the time she has noticed they are missing you will have new tunes Link to comment Social source share
