Writing Credits Eddie Floyd's "i Never Found A Girl"
Classic case of this is Deadric Malone on labels such as Duke ,was actually Don Robey who ( allegedly ) used other peoples songs and put pseudonym on so he would get the rights.A reason why many artists were pissed off with the system at the time because all monies went to owner. I suppose he got them on 45 and many would have been glad just to be recorded but he certainly knew what made the money over the years.

What Record Would You Use To Explain Or Exemplify Northern Soul
If you'd have asked me back in the day i probably would have said a uk copy of Chubby Checker Dicotheque as this was one record everybody wanted to own and play, but that is showing my age and well before any imports started coming over in any numbers. Closest i got was cu ma la be stay/everything's wrong on Uk cameo parkway found in 2nd hand shop in Hull along with stateside copy of Jimmy Radcliffe everything's wrong still brings a smile to my face when i hear it great sound
