When the shoe box hit the deck I was on the verge of passing out ; couldn't look at Carol and thank god I was sat far enough away to know it wasn't me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (for once) Hope all are accounted for & have done a QC check???? Will have a whip round for a flight case before next time cos my nerves & bladder won't take that sort of stress again You were both fantastic company and wowed everyone in the studio and listening......1 x 6 of Becks was never going to do the job and I wish I had brought caseloads more with me cos they were flowing just as well as the tunes and everyone was in such a happy, comfy place. Carol please please please start writing those memoirs asap (seriously ) - first signed copy to my boy (he is soooooo excited about emailing you, thank you for that! Nick, Trish and Mark were with her. I have just spoken to Nick and asked if he needs any help but he is with family and just requested a cup of tea tomorrow afternoon here at the mad house. A bit down obviously, and not quite his old self, to be expected. Shows you the measure of the man, he didn't want to let anyone down on the night. Will be there tomorrow night, with the normal crowd as normal. Giving our support, and looking forward to catching up with Del from Oxford Soul Club.
