Gil Scott Heron with his original college band Black & Blues (although I think I'm right in saying these were recorded during or just after the 'Pieces of a Man' sessions). These have been out as bonus tracks on a CD of 'Pieces' for a couple years but brand new on 7" thanks to Ace. Both sides superb. I doubt a better 7 will come along this year!
