It's sad the amount of faces you associate with over the years that leave us , I wish I was one of those people that knew everybody. As has been said already, Max had great taste in music, and I picked up lots of things from him, and some of the columns that he used to pen. Lots of respect. I never met anyone who said anything bad about him, and everyone on the soul scene in Cambridge knew him. He contributed so much to the scene over such a long period.
