It's a strange one Pete, as the Capitol was ten a penny back then. Always like the record, always stuck in my head, even if it is a Prog Rock with guitar rifs that Pink Floyd would have been proud of. Soulstu Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 To my shame I had that exact record when I was a lad - about 79' - 80 or thereabouts - I didn't know any better in them days, didn't know what a boot was! Can't remember where I got it from - probably Vallances in Mansfield for £1.35 - bought it blind. I hated the bloody thing and gave it away to a pal o mine a bit later. What a waste of the world's scarce resources!! Babe Ruth were on a BBC 4 compilation of Whistle test stuff a bit back - just a poor rock band.
