Got to say thanks for the opportunity to put a set together, when Simon said I was DOING IT!!  I struggled putting it all together but in the end loved it . Great work to all who put BVAN TOGETHER. Top night 

Congratulations to all the DJ's involved with last nights event (you know who you are; so take a bow).
An education and master class in Soul music.
Thank you so much for that.
The Chat Room was also both educational and entertaining [as per usual].
One of the best so far I believe ?

One tune I must heap praise on was James Dee - Jealous over love.
Never heard this before but thought it was exceptional [to my ears anyway].

Tom. 2nd everything you say about last night. Not only the James Dee ( i wonder if he,s any relation to Joey Dee of the Starlighters fame ) but there was plenty of others that i had never heard before. BVAN really is a educational experience in so many ways. So much of me wants to say long may it continue but more of me wants to get back to the real Bury nighter

Great night guys         outstanding evening of Open minded musical appreciation         we have seized the day!!!!! The Opportunity to grasp much more than we had   prior to the "Reset" effecting us all  was evident in droves    .I am grateful for everyone s contribution it has made these times look much brighter than they did for a lot of us  cheers 

Its time for the Top Boys next Sat cannot wait to hear that for sure !

WOW, That has to be one of the "Best Nights In", I've ever had ! The BVAN Experience, gathers momentum with each "Soulful Episode" So I would like to add my plaudits, to everyone involved in last nights production, and all the musical participants from the All Request Hour to the Finale, and inclusive of the  chatroom , for as to quote Tom re- The "Education and Entertainment".......Roll on the next one.....

Just gotta say what a fantastic night, last night was...just showed the depth and bredth of musical taste being shared betwen everyone involved. It's great that the 'virtual' opportunity allows us to do that, it's probably the only silver lining to the COVID cloud

Awesome night. Another education musically for me. All the DJs really did the business and the BVAN team excelled themselves putting it all together. Thanks for letting me contribute.

Only possible in no small way to the talents of the inventor & Senior Producer as we all know. From the decks to the mic and to the chatroom, everybody brought their own bit of magic to share with everyone else last night. It was an amazing night to be a part of. 

Another fantastic Saturday night in in last night. Again, a big thanks to the team for putting this together and all the sets of quality music. It really does make a difference to Saturday's.

I would like to add my thanks for allowing me to put a set together last night.  It was a strange evening for me, the quality of every set before mine including  some dancefloor perfection, super soulful modern/crossover/beat ballads/jazzy funk sounds.  This for me was made up by (the afore mentioned James Dee track being  played.  This was the last single I purchased about 18 yrs ago, and  is now firmly ensconced in my top 2.).  Having had a 6am start for the last 6 days and another one due today, I got to my set then fell asleep after 3 tracks (DONUT)!!!   

I look fwd to trying to catch up on the sets I missed after mine.

It was a really enjoyable evening.  We get the good bit, as in the 'finished product', but I'm sure those that put it all together must have a great feeling of satisfaction that the show gives so many people enjoyment, and of course that 'escape' thing that we all so need.

It's obviously a bit strange that 6 months later we are still doing this, but thank god we can all still have a laugh - Thanks to all.

Fantastic night tunes awesome

Must say we really enjoy the intros...we caught gilly's set which was absolute class and then heard the sound of a phone ringing...I thought what's this record thinking it was something like, tell her i'm not home by Ike and Tina turner, only to hear Pete asking Simon what time he was on after his set had been moved....had us in stitches.
