SATURDAY 26th June The BVAN Returns for the PRE-LOCKDOWN RELEASE installment

As always the proceedings commence at 7pm with the Soul Source Request Hour, so get your shouts in...

Then it's non-stop quality rare soul selections from the Bury Town Hall resident DJs;-

BVA has been an inspiration and education.
Met (virtually) so many great people; it now feels like I have known them forever.
So many new tunes to chase and the great thing is not all are mega $$$$$$
You have to know 'em to chase 'em and loads are cheap (at the mo).
So much effort by the Crew for BVA to exist for so long a time - thank you very much for your hard work; it has been a ball !

It's been an honour and a privilege to be involved and play a part in a small way with BVAN throughout these strange times.  Its all thanks to Simon though for badgering me :D  Anyway I hope you enjoyed a few of what I played, added a few to your wants list etc and hopefully see you for real when we are allowed.

Ste - in answer to your ponderings - the Radioking station will remain operational until 19th July (coinciding with the next government announcements on lockdown release but not planned that way) so feel free as ever to frequent the chatroom until then of course!

We will be keeping the Mixcloud subscription going regardless - so watch out for the odd special event including the possibility of an anniversay night in March 2022 and our plans to broadcast an all-nighter live if we can make the tech work 🤞

If we aren't released as expected then we will keep to our promise and continue to fill the void.

In the meantime I will do my best to continue uploading the missing sets to Mixcloud for all to catch up on - might be slow progress but I'll get there :thumbup: be patient X.

Many thanks for the tip Chalky, now downloaded.  Not sure which I like best now.  One of the few newish acts i'd like to see live.  Also like Joy.
