Was reading the book casino by dave shaw a couple of days ago and it jogged up a few only memories of around 77 when I was 16 and first walked up those sweaty sticky smelly stairs for the first time at Wigan and standing in awe the first seconds I walked in the main room. And it reminded me of a few tunes from that first night joey heatherton, Paula Durante,Lou Ragland, Andre brassuer !! But one song stuck to mind the following morning on that train journey home all I could remember was the chorus , stop your breaking my heart stop .
